    Talk Express is a fully hosted and managed, IP telephone system. Running on BT’s highly resilient and secure next-generation network, calls are routed over BT’s private network, ensuring the highest quality calls for you and your customers.

    The solution provides the features of a business-grade telephone system (PBX), but with minimal CapEx costs.

    Each user licence has the option to include 5,000 minutes of Free calls to UK fixed lines and the major UK Mobiles. Inclusive calls are pooled for users to share, e.g. 10 users share 50,000 minutes per month across the company.

    Call management features include hunt groups, auto attendant and call forwarding, which means your customers’ calls are answered efficiently and by the appropriate person.

    The solution provides greater flexibility, additional functionality, and business features, whilst reducing costs.
