“We moved our account over to Unified World Communications in 2010 after having dealt directly with Vodafone previously, at that time we had approximately 900 connections.
Since then, we have had nothing but a positive experience. Unified World are professional and extremely efficient. Our account is now managed by an account manager and a professional customer care team on a monthly basis, for cost analysis, usage analysis and any billing issues which may arise. They address any issues promptly and rectify them immediately.
We are kept up to date on tariff changes and new technologies and despite our account growing substantially during the last 18 months (approximately 2400 connections) they still manage to keep our costs under control.
